Kick-Off
he Kick-off is the long discussion we have before the project starts. This step is crucial ! It helps us to have a clear scope of your ideas and your vision. We discuss together you goals and talk about the tools we are about to create, considering :
- Technical requirements
- Your budget
- The deadline
Implementation program
Thanks to the kick-off, we are able to offer you a solution with several options. Based on these we offer you iterations and evolutions so you can quickly have an overview of all possibilities. Together, we set up an implementation schedule.
Development
Your project in on tracks! We are ready to design it. This phase begins with:
- Deep analysis of the needs;
- The definition of epics (= a tasks corpus);
- If required: a lo-fi model;
The roadmap is taking shape and the first development sprints are starting. The first development sprints.
At the end of the first dev sprint (2 weeks), we present demos on mobile, tablet, computer or directly on industrial equipment, depending on your project.
The first blocks are made and are ready to give life to your project. The release stage marks the delivery, followed by a final validation stage, and finally the deployment into production.
The release will be repeated often! Our factory runs day and night, so it is automated according to DevOps best practices.
Your project takes its first steps and with them, improvements and new ideas emerge, a new iteration can begin and the proposed programme moves to the next stage of continuous iteration.
